These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Tennis Roadmap (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including online coaching, video analysis, training materials, community participation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you are under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

1. Scope of Services

We provide online tennis coaching, video feedback, educational content, and training guidance delivered through digital platforms.

Services may include:

  • Video analysis

  • Remote coaching advice

  • Training programs

  • Digital materials

  • Community participation

  • Messaging or email support

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

2. Eligibility and Minors

Our Services are available to users of all ages.

If you are under 18:

  • A parent or guardian must supervise participation

  • The guardian accepts responsibility for online safety

  • The guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the minor

3. Payments and Subscription Terms

Fees are charged as described at checkout.

If enrolled in a recurring program:

  • Payments are billed monthly

  • A minimum 3-payment commitment may apply

  • Cancellation is permitted after the initial commitment period

  • No refunds are issued for unused time

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

All digital purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.

4. Refund Policy

Because our services are digital and delivered immediately:

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made only if we fail to deliver the purchased service due to a technical error that we cannot resolve.

Completed coaching or delivered video analysis is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

5. Player Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Participate respectfully

  • Communicate professionally

  • Follow community guidelines

  • Use services for personal development only

  • Not redistribute or resell materials

We may remove access for abusive or disruptive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Tennis Roadmap is protected by copyright.

This includes:

  • Coaching videos

  • Written materials

  • Feedback reports

  • Training frameworks

  • Community content created by us

You receive a personal-use license only.

You may not copy, share, upload, sell, or distribute materials.

Ownership remains with Tennis Roadmap at all times.

7. Video Submission Terms

When submitting videos:

  • You confirm you own or have rights to the footage

  • You grant permission for analysis

  • Videos may be stored securely for service delivery

  • Completed analysis fulfills the service

We do not sell user videos.

You may request deletion of stored footage.

8. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Tennis training involves physical activity and inherent risk.

By using our Services, you agree:

  • You participate voluntarily

  • You are responsible for your health and safety

  • You assume all risks of injury

  • Coaching advice is educational, not medical

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tennis Roadmap is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation.

9. Community Participation

We may provide access to online community spaces hosted on third-party platforms.

Participation is optional.

You agree to:

  • Respect other members

  • Avoid harassment or inappropriate content

  • Protect personal information

  • Follow platform rules

We are not responsible for third-party platform privacy practices or disputes between users.

We may remove members who violate community standards.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be modified, paused, or discontinued without notice.

We are not liable for outages, technical failures, or third-party platform disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Tennis Roadmap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 3 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
